Mee Goreng [Fried Noodles]

I like this site so oooo much but am very disappointed that most receipes are in Malay and I don't understand them. I enjoy eating malay food and I wish I can cook them. Can the receipies be translated in English please. Thanks Mon 16-Apr-2007 06:50

500 gm yellow noodles
100 gm squid [clean dan cut into small size]
100 gm chicken fillet [slice ]
100 gm cabbage [cut to small size]
250 gm green spinach/green leaf
2 tbsp chillie paste
2 tbsp dark ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stok
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste

2 garlics
3 shallots

1. Fry the chillie paste till fragrant then add in the blended onion and garlic.
2. Add in chichen fillet and squid. Stir well. Add in chicken stok
3. When it boiled, add in the noodles, oyster sauce, dark sauce, cabbage and green leaf.
4. Serve with fried shallot and chilli pickle.
