KUEH LAPIS CENDUL

senduk yg digunakan untuk menekan buat cendul..


KUEH LAPIS CENDUL

Bahan-bahan A:
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
2 s/b tepung beras
2 s/b tepung jagung
1/2 cawan gula
3 cawan santan
1 s/k garam

1/2 cawan air gula merah [larutkan 1/2 cawan air panas + 4 s/b gula merah]

1 cawan cendul
1/2 cawan air

Cara:
1. Gaulkan semua bahan A dan tapiskan.
2. Bahagikan adunan pada 2 bahagian.
3. Masukkan air gula merah dalam 1 bahagian adunan dan biarkan warna asal/putih dalam 1 bahagian lagi.
4. Tambahkan cendul dan 1/2 cawan air dalam adunan putih supaya kecairan nya sama dengan adunan gula merah tadi..
5. Panaskan kukusan dan sapukan minyak pada loyang yg akan digunakan.
6. Bahagikan setiap adunan sama banyak. Jadikan gula merah 2 bekas dan adunan cendul juga 2 bekas.
7. Masukkan 1 bekas bahagian adunan cendul dan kukus selama 5 minit.
8. Lapiskan 1 bekas bahagian adunan gula merah dan kukus semula selama 5 minit.
9. Lapiskan lagi dengan 1 bekas bahagian adunan cendul dan kukus lagi 5 minit.
10. Lapiskan lagi dengan 1 bekas adunan gula merah dan kukuskan semula selama 10 minit..
11. Sejukkan dan potong untuk dihidangkan.

3. Add in the brown sugar syrup into 1 bowl dan let the original color in the other bowl.
4. Add in the cendul and 1/2 cup water into the original color so the tickness of the batter are same.
5. Put the water into the steaming pot and bring to boil. Spread the oil in the 10 inc. tray.
6. Devided each batter into 2 portion. [the brown sugar syrup = 2 bowls and the cendul batter = 2 bowls.
7. Pour 1 bowl the cendul batter into the tray and steam fot 5-7 minutes or till done.
8. Layered 1 bowl brown sugar syrup dan steam again for 5-7 minutes.
9. Repeat the same method [no7] and [no8] and steam again .
10. When all done, keep the kueh really cold before cutting and serve.

Method
1. Mix well all the ingredients and filter.
2. Put the batter into wok or non-stik wok till firm. [Alway stir avoiding burnt]
3. Prepare a big bowl with water on the table.
4. Using a ladle with hole press the cooked green firm batter with a spoon into the water in the bowl.
