ini adalah apam yg kak liza perolehi dari Forum cari.com.my tetapi kak liza telah edit/modified mengikut selera kak liza...

APAM SALJU TUKAZ

Bahan A

1 mug tepung beras ] ayakkan
1 mug tepung gandum ]
1 1/2 mug gula
1/2 s/kecil yis mauripan

Bahan B
1 mug nasi
1 1/2 mug air

pewarna..merah.. hijau..kuning

kelapa parut [muda] ]
garam ] gaulkan

Cara
1. Gaulkan bahan A sama rata.
2. Mesinkan bahan B sehingga halus dan gaulkan bersama bahan A.
3. Bahagikan adunan pada 3 mangkuk.
4. Masukkan satu warna dalm setiap mangkuk.
5. Peramkan sehingga 3 atau 4 jam
6. Panaskan kukusan sehingga air mendideh.
7. Tuangkan adunan sehingga penuh acuan/mangkuk yg digunakan.
8. Kukus selama 10 - 12 minit.
9. Bila telah amsak sejukkan.
10 Keluarkan kueh dan hidangkan bersama kelapa parut yg telah digaulkan dengan kelapa.

Ingredients :

(A)
1 mug rice flour }
1 mug flour } sift
1 1/2 mugs sugar
1/2 teaspoon instant dried yeast

(B)
1 mug cooked rice
1 1/2 mugs water

colouring : red, yellow and green

(C)
fresh coconut, grated and mix with a bit of salt

Method :
1. Mix well (A)
2. Blend (B) in a blender.
3. Pour the liquid into (a) and mix well.
4. Divide the mixture into 3 bowls and drop a bit of coloring into each bowl.
5. Leave to ferment for 3 to 4 hours.
6. Put water in the steamer and let it boil.
7. Pour the fermented liquid into the apam cups till full (in order to make the apam 'smile' when cooked)
8. Steam for about 10 - 12 minutes.
9. Let it cool.
10. Remove the apam from the cups and eat with (C)
